UK orders ship today, and tracking will begin to be sent tomorrow. International orders will, as always, be sent in batches over the next two weeks and your tracking will be sent once your order ships.

4th August 2025

This is now the final opportunity to change your address for these orders! If you need to do so, please email support@illumicrate.com before 5pm BST (UK time) on Tuesday 5 August. To check your address, log in to your account and check the address on your order!

If your order includes one or more preorders, it will be held until all items are ready to ship. All shop orders that do not include a preorder ship in batches at least once a week. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order, please get in touch with support here.
