Shipping Updates

The latest updates for all our products can be found here. We’ll include details of any delays, when we expect each product to ship by, and when all customers should receive their tracking information.

19th September 2025

All orders have now shipped and you should see tracking in your account. If you have not received your order or you have any issues, please email support@illumicrate.com.

11th September 2025

UK/ROW ORDERS:

UK orders ship today, and tracking will begin to be sent tomorrow. International orders will, as always, be sent in batches over the next two weeks and your tracking will be sent once your order ships.

1st September 2025

This is now the final opportunity to change your address for these orders! If you need to do so, please email support@illumicrate.com before 5pm BST (UK time) on Thursday 2 September. To check your address, log in to your account and check the address on your order!

US/CAN ORDERS:

US orders began shipping today and will be sent in batches over the next two weeks. Your tracking will be sent once your order ships.

UK/ROW ORDERS:

We estimate these will begin shipping early September 2025.

Shop Orders:

If your order includes one or more preorders, it will be held until all items are ready to ship. All shop orders that do not include a preorder ship in batches at least once a week. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order, please get in touch with support here.
