US orders began shipping today and will be sent in batches over the next two weeks. Your tracking will be sent once your order ships.

UK/ROW ORDERS:

We estimate these will begin shipping early September 2025.

This is now the final opportunity to change your address for these orders! If you need to do so, please email support@illumicrate.com before 5pm BST (UK time) on Thursday 14 August. To check your address, log in to your account and check the address on your order!

Shop Orders:

If your order includes one or more preorders, it will be held until all items are ready to ship. All shop orders that do not include a preorder ship in batches at least once a week. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order, please get in touch with support here.
