What is Afterlight?
Afterlight Romance is our monthly book-only contemporary romance subscription.
We created Afterlight to share our love of romance reads. Each month, you will receive a beautiful hardback edition of a new and upcoming romance release, exclusive to Afterlight Romance subscribers. Books may be hand or digitally signed by the author, or come with a signed bookplate.
Our Afterlight titles can be new novels from much-loved romance authors; Debuts within the romance genre; Romances featuring under-represented characters and relationships; Occasional paranormal romances... and more!
All of our Afterlight Romance picks are aimed at adult readers, with varying levels of spice.

How do I keep updated on Afterlight news?

I've changed my mind, can I have a refund?
If you have ordered a subscription product (a box or book) and this is not yet in pre-shipment (we have not yet sent out the emails check your address), then we can usually cancel and refund this for you. We do not issue refunds if you have a 3 or 6 month pre-paid subscription.
If you have ordered a single purchase item or something from our shop, as long as your order hasn't yet gone into pre-shipment we can usually refund it for you. To cancel your order, please fill in our Customer Support Form or contact us directly at support@illumicrate.com.

Do you ship to my country and how much is it?
Yes, we can ship to almost every country! There are a few exceptions, currently, we cannot ship to: Belarus, the Canary Islands, China, El Salvador, Guadalupe, Haiti, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Ukraine. This is because our shipping company is unable to deliver in these countries, sorry!
You can see a full list of shipping rates for our products here. These shipping costs do NOT include customs and other taxes that may be due within your country. All customs and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are based in the EU, VAT is included in your order. You can see our EU VAT rates here.
If you are based in Australia, a 10% sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
If you are based in the US and Canada, your monthly subscription ships from our US warehouse. You can see a list of shipping rates for the Illumicrate subscription for US and Canadian subscribers here.
