The latest updates for all our products can be found here. We’ll include details of any delays, when we expect each product to ship by, and when all customers should receive their tracking information.

All orders have now shipped and you should see tracking in your account. If you have not received your order or you have any issues, please email support@illumicrate.com.

7th May 2026

UK orders ship today, and tracking will begin to be sent tomorrow. International orders will, as always, be sent in batches over the next two weeks and your tracking will be sent once your order ships.

27th April 2026

If you received an email, this is now the final opportunity to change your address for these orders! If you need to do so, please email support@illumicrate.com before 5pm BST (UK time) on Tuesday 28 April. To check your address, log in to your account and check the address on your order!

Shipping estimate to begin between 7 - 12 May.

We now estimate these will begin shipping in May 2026.

If your order includes one or more preorders, it will be held until all items are ready to ship. All shop orders that do not include a preorder ship in batches at least once a week. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order, please get in touch with support here.
