What is Mindsight?
Mindsight is our quarterly book-only crime and mystery subscription.
Launching in March 2026, Mindsight Crime and Mystery offers an exclusively-customised hardback edition of a new or upcoming crime or mystery title each quarter. We feature both new and established authors from within the crime and mystery genres, and our picks may be digitally or hand-signed by the author, or include a signed bookplate.
Mindsight ships once every quarter -- in each of March, June, September, and December.
Our featured books for Mindsight Crime and Mystery are intended for adult audiences and can include:
- Murders and mysteries;
- Heists and escapes;
- Clever twists and double-crosses;

- Dark academia;

How do I keep updated on Mindsight news?

I've changed my mind, can I have a refund?
If you have ordered a subscription product and this is not yet in pre-shipment (we have not yet sent out the emails check your address), then we can usually cancel and refund this for you.
If you have ordered a single purchase item or something from our shop, as long as your order hasn't yet gone into pre-shipment we can usually refund it for you. To cancel your order, please fill in our Customer Support Form or contact us directly at support@illumicrate.com.

Do you ship to my country and how much is it?
Yes, we can ship to almost every country! There are a few exceptions, currently, we cannot ship to: Belarus, the Canary Islands, China, El Salvador, Guadalupe, Haiti, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Ukraine. This is because our shipping company is unable to deliver in these countries, sorry!
You can see a full list of shipping rates for our products here. These shipping costs do NOT include customs and other taxes that may be due within your country. All customs and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are based in the EU, VAT is included in your order. You can see our EU VAT rates here.
If you are based in Australia, a 10% sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
If you are based in the US and Canada, your monthly subscription ships from our US warehouse. You can see a list of shipping rates for the Illumicrate subscription for US and Canadian subscribers here.
