We’re incredibly excited to announce that we’ll be doing an Illumicrate Exclusive: Terry Pratchett Death Collection, created in collaboration with the Terry Pratchett Estate, Gollancz, and Transworld!
This collection will include the entirety of the Death series: Mort, Reaper Man, Soul Music, Hogfather and Thief of Time.
Mort: Death comes to us all. When he came to Mort, he offered him a job. Death is the Grim Reaper of the Discworld, a black-robed skeleton with a scythe who ushers souls into the next world. He is also fond of cats and endlessly baffled by humanity. Soon Death is yearning to experience what humanity really has to offer, but to do that, he'll need to hire some help.
Reaper Man: Death is missing - presumed... er... gone. Which leads to the kind of chaos you always get when an important public service is withdrawn. Meanwhile, on a little farm far, far away, a tall dark stranger is turning out to be really good with a scythe. There's a harvest to be gathered in...
Soul Music: Being sixteen is always difficult, but for Susan Sto Helit, it’s even more so when there’s a Death in the family. An orphan with a skeletal grandfather who rides a white horse and wields a scythe, Susan hasn’t exactly had a traditional upbringing.
Hogfather: It’s the most wonderful time of the year, Hogswatchnight, when the Hogfather himself dons his red suit and climbs in his sleigh pulled by—of course—eight hogs, to shower gifts across Discworld. But when the fat man goes missing, someone has to sit in. It’s up to Death to take up the reigns—otherwise the sun won’t shine tomorrow . . . or ever again.
Thief of Time: Everybody wants more time. Which is why, on Discworld, only the experts can manage it—the venerable Monks of History who store it and pump it from where it's wasted, like underwater (how much time does a codfish really need?) to places like cities, where busy denizens lament never having enough of it.

Do you ship to my country and how much is it?
Yes, we can ship to almost every country! There are a few exceptions, currently, we cannot ship to: Belarus, the Canary Islands, China, El Salvador, Guadalupe, Haiti, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Ukraine. This is because our shipping company is unable to deliver in these countries, sorry!
You can see a full list of shipping rates for our products here. These shipping costs do NOT include customs and other taxes that may be due within your country. All customs and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are based in the EU, VAT is included in your order. You can see our EU VAT rates here.
If you are based in Australia, a 10% sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
If you are based in the US and Canada, your monthly Illumicrate and Afterlight subscription ships from our US warehouse. You can see a list of those shipping rates here.

How do I change my address for an order I’ve paid for?
Please fill out our Customer Support form and we can do that for you! If you change your address in your account, this will not carry over to any orders you have paid for, only future orders.
Once your box has shipped we cannot change your address and you may be charged additional shipping to have it sent to your correct address.

I've changed my mind, can I have a refund?
If you have ordered a subscription product (a box or book) and this is not yet in pre-shipment (we have not yet sent out the emails check your address), then we can usually cancel and refund this for you. We do not issue refunds if you have a 3 or 6 month pre-paid subscription.
If you have ordered a single purchase item or something from our shop, as long as your order hasn't yet gone into pre-shipment we can usually refund it for you. To cancel your order, please fill in our Customer Support Form or contact us directly at support@illumicrate.com.
