The latest updates for all our products can be found here. We’ll include details of any delays, when we expect each product to ship by, and when all customers should receive their tracking information.

Singular purchases of House in the Cerulean Sea & Under the Whispering Door reprint by TJ Klune (Illumicrate Exclusive) have all shipped. If you haven’t received tracking information, please check your Illumicrate account.

If you ordered the reprint alongside the sequel set or another preorder, this will ship when your whole order is ready.

Our Illumicrate Exclusive: In the Lives of Puppets & Somewhere Beyond the Sea set by TJ Klune, shipments are still expected to ship January 2025.

UK orders forsingular purchases of House in the Cerulean Sea & Under the Whispering Door reprint by TJ Klune (Illumicrate Exclusive)ship today, and tracking will begin to be sent tomorrow. International orders will, as always, be sent in batches and your tracking will be sent once your order ships.

28th October 2024

This is now the final opportunity to change your address for the House in the Cerulean Sea & Under the Whispering Door reprint by TJ Klune (Illumicrate Exclusive)! If you need to do so, please email support@illumicrate.com before 5pm GMT (UK time) on Tuesday 29 October. To check your address, log in to your account and check the address on your order!

We expect these to begin shipping around the 7th-12th November.

Due to a printing issue those who have ordered our Illumicrate Exclusive: In the Lives of Puppets & Somewhere Beyond the Sea set by TJ Klune, shipments will be delayed until January 2025.

Singular orders for our reprinted lllumicrate Exclusive: House in the Cerulean Sea & Under the Whispering Door are expect to start shipping at the beginning of November 2024.

We estimate these will begin shipping in September/October.
