UK orders ship today, and tracking will begin to be sent tomorrow. International orders will, as always, be sent in batches over the next two weeks and your tracking will be sent once your order ships.

This is now the final opportunity to change your address for these orders! If you need to do so, please email support@illumicrate.com before 5pm BST (UK time) on Tuesday 8 April. To check your address, log in to your account and check the address on your order!

Shipping estimate to begin between 17 - 25 April.

28th March 2025

We estimate these will begin shipping between 16th and 25th April 2025.

19th March 2025

We estimate these will begin shipping in April/May 2025.

Shop Orders:

If your order includes one or more preorders, it will be held until all items are ready to ship. All shop orders that do not include a preorder ship in batches at least once a week. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order, please get in touch with support here.
