The latest updates for all our products can be found here. We’ll include details of any delays, when we expect each product to ship by, and when all customers should receive their tracking information.

Orders placed before 3rd March have all now shipped. If you haven’t received tracking information, please check your Illumicrate account.

If you have any issues with tracking or your parcel, please email support@illumicrate.com.

13th March 2025

UK orders ship today, and tracking will begin to be sent tomorrow. International orders will, as always, be sent in batches over the next two weeks and your tracking will be sent once your order ships.

3rd March 2025

This is now the final opportunity to change your address for these orders! If you need to do so, please email support@illumicrate.com before 5pm GMT (UK time) on Tuesday 4 March. To check your address, log in to your account and check the address on your order!

Shipping between 13-18 March.

15th January 2025

We estimate these will begin shipping in March 2025.

If your order includes one or more preorders, it will be held until all items are ready to ship. All shop orders that do not include a preorder ship in batches at least once a week. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order, please get in touch with support here.
