We are hiring a Product Coordinator for Illumicrate!
The role will include the planning, design and production of our Illumicrate box items. We are looking for someone creative with experience or an interest in product management who would love to create beautiful items for our customers.
Key details:
- 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday, flexible on daily working hours
- This role is open to UK residents or those with the right to work in the UK only
- Annual salary of £28,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience
- You must be 18+ to apply
- The role is fully remote, and we encourage applications from people historically excluded from the publishing industry

Knowledge/Experience required:
- Some experience or knowledge of ordering and/or designing products for retail
- Able to think creatively and come up with new ideas for items
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good time management skills
- Great communication skills
- Be able to work proactively on their own as well as part of a small team
- Be able to take on responsibility and handle confidential information with care
- Interest in reading fantasy books
Key responsibilities:
- Organise the design and production of our Illumicrate box and shop items
- Assist in the overall planning of our Illumicrate boxes
- Contribute ideas and research for new products
- Keep track of product timelines, shipping schedules and deadlines
- Write clear and precise briefs for our artists and design team
- Organise the import and export of our products to our UK and USA fulfilment centre
- Liaise with our artists, manufacturers and shipping partners
- Assist with the art direction of our books as needed
- Keep up to date on new releases and reading books for briefs
