It has been a long time coming, and after many requests, we are happy to be able to offer a redesign of this beloved edition!
Our redesign of the Afterlight Exclusive: Check & Mate edition is a B-format hardback and features:
- An exclusive alternate trade cover (from the publisher)
- Full colour artwork on the hardback (@eveandersondraws)
- Digitally printed edges (by @eveandersondraws)
- Illustrated endpapers (by @emmagilletteart); different front and back
- Digitally signed by the author
Please note, this is a digital mock-up and finished copies may differ slightly.
There will also be the option to purchase an additional add-on dust jacket (art by @polarts_; design by @chattynora).
There will be the option to purchase both Two Can Play and Check & Mate (book only) for £47/$66; Two Can Play and Check & Mate + both add-on dust jackets for £63/$88.
Customers who previously ordered our original edition of Check & Mate will be able to order the new updated add-on dust jacket individually at a reduced cost + shipping (and VAT/tax if applicable). An email with more details will be sent out ahead of the sale.
