About the product
The Evernight quarterly subscription is a horror book subscription box, sharing our love of darker reads from paranormal to psychological, and to highlight both old and new favourite authors within the horror genre, as well as putting a spotlight on more diverse horror.
Evernight boxes will include a newly released hardback horror novel with exclusive customisations. Books will also be signed by the author or include a signed bookplate where possible.

What is Evernight?
Evernight Horror is our quarterly book-only horror subscription.
We launched Evernight Horror in 2023 as a quarterly book-only subscription showcasing a variety of horror titles, from both new and established authors in the genre. Each book has exclusive customisations, unique to that edition. Evernight picks may be digitally or hand-signed by the author, or include a signed bookplate.
Evernight ships once every quarter -- in each of January, April, July, and October.
Our featured books for Evernight Horror are intended for adult audiences, and can include: Supernatural or paranormal horror; Psychological horror; Body horror; Botanical horror; Dark and gothic themes... and more!
We announce our Evernight Horror themes approximately a month in advance, with any applicable content warnings, so you can decide whether you would like to receive it or skip the month.

How do I keep updated on Evernight news?

I've changed my mind, can I have a refund?
If you have ordered a subscription product (a box or book) and this is not yet in pre-shipment (we have not yet sent out the emails check your address), then we can usually cancel and refund this for you. We do not issue refunds if you have a 3 or 6 month pre-paid subscription.
If you have ordered a single purchase item or something from our shop, as long as your order hasn't yet gone into pre-shipment we can usually refund it for you. To cancel your order, please fill in our Customer Support Form or contact us directly at support@illumicrate.com.

Do you ship to my country and how much is it?
Yes, we can ship to almost every country! There are a few exceptions, currently, we cannot ship to: Belarus, the Canary Islands, China, El Salvador, Guadalupe, Haiti, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Ukraine. This is because our shipping company is unable to deliver in these countries, sorry!
You can see a full list of shipping rates for our products here. These shipping costs do NOT include customs and other taxes that may be due within your country. All customs and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are based in the EU, VAT is included in your order. You can see our EU VAT rates here.
If you are based in Australia, a 10% sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
If you are based in the US and Canada, your monthly subscription ships from our US warehouse. You can see a list of shipping rates for the Illumicrate subscription for US and Canadian subscribers here.
